David C. Chung, founder of manufacturer iLabs (US and South Korea) and brand incubator The Beauty Bank, LLC (The Rootist, etc.), has acquired a majority shareholder stake in mental and ingestible wellness specialist Amare Global.
Amare's solutions target everything from hormonal balance and weight to mental well-being and the gut-brain axis. The company also offers a small slate of topical skin care.
