Bridgepoint has acquired RoC Skincare from Gryphon, per Reuters. The value of the deal was reported as about $500 million.
In 2022, Bridgepoint invested in France-based beauty brand Vivacy, as well as hyaluronic acid manufacturer HTL Biotechnology.
Meanwhile, Gryphon retains its stake in Milani Cosmetics, which it acquired in 2018.
