Report: Natura &Co Withdraws ADSs From NYSE, e.l.f. Beauty Joins S&P MidCap 400 Index

Natura &Co, which recently divested The Body Shop, has withdrawn its American Depositary Shares (ADSs) from the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), in an effort to concentrate on the B3 exchange in São Paulo, according to Investing.com.

The company reportedly saw a decline in volume of trades in ADSs on the NYSE, which led to its withdrawal.

Trading of Natura &Co's ADSs on the NYSE is expected to be suspended around February 9, 2024.

e.l.f. Beauty Joins S&P MidCap 400 index

e.l.f. Beauty recently joined the S&P MidCap 400 index from S&P Dow Jones Indices, replacing Spirit Realty Capital, according to Investor's Business Daily.

Peabody Energy Corp will reportedly replace e.l.f. stock in the S&P SmallCap 600 index.

The changes will take effect before the open on January, 23, 2024.
