IBG (Innovative Beauty Group) has collaborated with its turnkey brand, Orchard Custom Beauty, on a range of trend-forward cosmetic formulas, products and tools at MakeUp in Los Angeles, February 16-17, 2023, at the LA Convention Center.
The Lip & Cheek Play Clay features mushroom extract as a hero ingredient and provides a "muddy, 'playful' texture" that reportedly dries down to a lightweight, velvet matte finish with a cooling effect on the skin. Riding the wellness wave of recent years, mushrooms have inspired a wide range of ingredient innovations in the industry.
The vegan lightweight Color Slash False Lashes were created using color theory so that when properly paired, the lashes enhance the wearer’s natural eye color. The lashes feature a thin, flexible clear band and feather-light tapered fibers that reportedly makes them comfortable for all-day wear. The fibers are double-layered for 3D volume and are wearable up to 20 times.
The collaboration will also offer body cleansing routines, super luxe play-time color cosmetics, sleep hygiene offerings, an eyeshadow-palette with colors inspired by iconic DTLA (downtown LA) locales such as The Broad and Grand Park, a biodegradable makeup blending sponge, a wishbone-shaped stainless steel gua sha roller, and a marbled color corrector.
