Born and raised in Paris, Silmane offers more than a decade of experience in the industry. He started his career as a formulator at Yves Saint Laurent, where he acquired technical knowledge in cosmetic formulation.
With his role as managing director of the Cospatec GmbH subsidiary, he now leads the company's direct sales for one of its core markets
