Firmenich has said bem-vindo to Latin America: the company has opened its first Fine Fragrance Atelier in Latin America, located in São Paulo.
The opening was attended by perfumery and ingredients president Armand de Villoutreys; Jerry Vittoria, president, fine fragrance worldwide; international perfumers including master perfumer Olivier Cresp and principal perfumer Frank Voelkl; Latin American perfumers including principal perfumer Adilson Rato and senior perfumer Carmita Magalhães; and fine fragrance customers and key influencers from Brazil.
It also featured “Carte Blanche” Brasilis, a sensorial exhibition celebrating perfumery.
“We first established an office in Brazil almost 70 years ago, and now we are proud to offer our Brazilian customers a new, one-of-a-kind home for perfumery culture,” said de Villoutreys. “Our Fine Fragrance Atelier will allow us to better collaborate and co-create together.”
“The Fine Fragrance Atelier in Brazil marks a new page in the history of Firmenich,” added Vittoria. “We now have a space dedicated to perfumery in the heart of Vila Madalena in São Paulo, a modern and inspiring environment to exchange experiences, encourage innovative partnerships and define the future of fragrances together with our customers.”
