Aptar Beauty Boosts PCR Offerings with 2 Aerosol Actuators and a Fine Mist Spray

The EuroMist technology, reportedly a bestseller in North America, is available in up to 33% PCR between the fixture, actuator and over cap.  

The fine mist spray is suitable for a range of formulas. Its variety of inserts also allows brands to choose a desired spray output that matches the application need. 

The Moritz and Markus aerosol actuators feature a hoodless, integrated twist to lock functionality, eliminating the need for an over cap.

The two-piece design provides a 50% resin savings for Moritz and 53% resin savings for Markus . 

The Moritz aerosol actuator is available in up to 40% PCR ; the actuator cover is 100% PCR. 

The actuator is suitable for a range of applications. The fine-ribbed profile and wide finger pad are designed for ergonomic ease of use.

The Markus actuator is available in up to 46% PCR; the actuator cover is 100% PCR. 

The Markus features a premium matt finish and textured finger pad. The softer ribs provide a tactile grip when in use, per Aptar Beauty.

The aerosol actuators and fine mist spray are production-ready in North America, per the company.

The designs are in line with Aptar Beauty's aim to have 10% of its packaging comprise recycled material by 2025.
