Sephora has appointed Artemis Patrick to president of Sephora North America, effective October 2, 2023, according to media reports. She will report to current Sephora Americas president and CEO, Jean-André Rougeot, who is due to retire in April 2024. Upon Rougeot's departure, Patrick will take on the North America CEO role, reporting to Sephora CEO Guillaume Motte.
Patrick will be succeeded by Priya Venkatesh as SVP global merchandising.
Meanwhile, Alexis Rollier will reportedly lead Sephora's Latin American division.
