eSalon has launched its Color Pro Pre-Color Balancer, designed to act as a primer for hair.

The balancer is said to bind to weak areas in the cuticles and fill in the blanks for even color application and shine.

Ingredients: Water (Aqua), Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Amodimethicone, Caprylyl Glycol, Polyquaternium-55, Disodium EDTA, Sorbic Acid, Trideceth-12, Cetrimonium Chloride, Phenoxyethanol, Polysorbate 20, Citric Acid, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate, Benzyl Benzoate, Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone, Citronellol, Fragrance (Parfum).
