Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, owned by The Estée Lauder Companies, has appointed Sandra Main as senior vice president general manager, international—a newly created position with the company—effective Aug. 1, 2008.
“Sandra’s new role will capitalize on her vast international, multichannel and makeup artistry experience,” says Maureen Case, president, Bobbi Brown Cosmetics Worldwide. “We’re confident Sandra has the talent and vision to oversee our brand’s rapidly growing international business. This includes directing aggressive overseas expansion plans and leading the brand’s diversification in channels of distribution.”
Main served most recently as the senior vice president general manager, international for MAC Cosmetics. She started her career with MAC in Hong Kong in 1995, growing the brand’s international business. Before her positions at MAC, she worked with Harvey Nichols and Polo Ralph Lauren.
