Alcan Packaging signed an agreement to sell its Cebal Aerosol business to its current management team and to Natexis Investissement Partners—a subsidiary of Natexis Private Equity. This sale is the result of Alcan's continuing strategy to focus on core activities. Terms were not disclosed.
